- The error code and description if available
- OS Version
- VirtualEdit Version
- DirectX Version
- Project type (Multi Edit or DV Edit)
- Project frame rate (e.g. PAL-25 or NTSC-29.97)
- The type of source files you are using (e.g. DV, MJPEG or AVI etc)
- The operation that caused the error (e.g. during video render)
- Is the error repeatable?
